Yvonne is a compassionate person who takes the time to get to know her students as individuals and fosters strong relationships with them. Yvonne is an energetic teaching professional who is eager to provide all students with a solid education. She is dedicated to supporting and journeying alongside her students to assist them to reach their next level of success. While trying to meet her students’ needs, she strives to bring the classroom to life with real-world examples, manipulatives, innovative technology, and facilitate multiple intelligence to keep her students engaged and focused. Yvonne’s passion to work with children and the desire to see her students be successful has led her to a career change from an HR professional to becoming a teacher and is currently completing her final term at Nipissing University, Bachelor of Education.
